While we make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee that the color, appearance, or packaging of products on the website will precisely match the delivered item. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our discretion. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify acceptance of your order. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once your order has been processed. 5. Delivery and Shipping

We currently ship within USA. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated during the checkout process. We aim to deliver products on the estimated delivery date; however, we are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. All fresh and frozen meat products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. We recommend that customers refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon delivery. Customers must provide a valid delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or spoiled products due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any meat products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the product or offer a refund at our discretion. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of any issues may be required to process a refund or replacement.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@jbqualityprimemeats.com. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. JB Quality Prime Meats will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues related to the consumption of our products if they have been stored or prepared improperly by the customer.
